(More customer reviews)For the second time in a row, Amazon has failed to help me.Both times I somehow ordered the same thing twice (I'm old).The first time, I was able to rectify it, but this time I ended up with two identical items and no response from customer service at Amazon at all.The two vendors refused to cancel the order and one of them offered to accept a return for about half of the cost so i opted to keep the item.No more Amazon.com for me.
