(More customer reviews)When it rained my garage floor would be covered with water. I installed a new seal on the bottom of the door and had very poor results. When I installed the garage door seal on the floor it shut off the water 98.9% and with a little calk it was 100%. WOW What a product its great. By the way I drive a 3/4 ton truck over the floor seal and have no problems with it what so ever. "Park Smart" is the way to go.
