(More customer reviews)I ordered from North Shore and in error I ordered the 12 dip switch instead of the 9; they do not entertain exchanges.They wanted me to return the wrong one and they were going to charge me a 50% re-stocking fee plus freight, and then they wanted me to re-order the right one which was going to cost me the price of the new one plus freight.I will never order from them.I just ordered the same item from Gatehouse who were far more sensitive and customer friendly.
