(More customer reviews)Received this item in two to three days, very fast.But box inside the "sealed"mailer was open and parts missing.Both drill templates missing, mounting screws, wire cable and 2 locking brackets all missing. (Also double side sticky tape missing)Also user manual had a corner ripped off it and missing.Tried to find user manual online with no luck.So I threw it all in a box in the garage.Had good luck with Amazon orders in the past but not this one.
