(More customer reviews)I just installed the Genie 1022 as a replacement for the second Craftsman that died an early death. It was very simple to install and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It's quieter than any chain driven opener I've ever seen and has a smooth start and stop. My only minor complaint (and it's mostly because of my short, stubby fingers) is that the wire connector on the unit could be larger to make it easier to feed the wire ends into it.
