(More customer reviews)The product was shipped in very timely manner ..I was informed in real time when the order was filled ...shipped and provided expected delivery date and tracking number .... the product was delivered on the committed date ... when I opened the product and tired to program it ..found that the product did not have dip switches and realised I order the wrong product ....

I logged onto Amazon on line and they walked me through the return process and it was simple ...easy.

Once again the service was excellent but could not use the product since I the customer ordered the wrong product.
